Post-jam patch (v1.1.0)

Now that jam has concluded, I've made a couple of improvements:
- Fixed a bug where the on screen controls for mobile did not function properly.
- Fixed a bug in the tutorial where the mountain region was not adjacent to any other region.
- Prevent invisible gaps between regions from occurring.
